After an initial chat (usually over the phone), each session is 1.5hrs, at appropriate intervals, and the number of sessions depend on you and what you would like to achieve; between 3-6 is a good rule of thumb. The first session provides the opportunity to discuss what you would like to achieve through coaching, and in this and subsequent sessions we will work collaboratively towards these goals. I work creatively, using different tools and techniques, helping people towards the clarity they need to move forward. Coaching provides the space and time to look at and challenge your thoughts and behaviours. ‘Who would you be if no one was looking?’ ‘What would you do if you knew that you could not fail?’
Group coaching sessions offer the opportunity to explore your goals in a supportive, confidential environment, facilitated by a coach/coaches. Groups are no bigger than 6-8 people, and can be face to face or over Zoom. Many people find the support of a group of people, coming together with a common aim a rewarding and often transformational experience. Groups vary in length from day events to courses running over several weeks.
